House rules

1.
Moves never touch the chain. Two transactions per game: lock your stake, claim your win. Everything in between is just chess; the clock never waits for a block.
2.
The fee is printed before you stake. From 6% down to 4% depending on the stake. Your net win is written on every price tag.
3.
Locked money always has an exit. Queue too long? Cancel, full refund. Server down? Automatic refund. Signed win? Claim it straight from the contract. Every locked state carries a countdown.

The launch burn

No token exists today. These are the rules it will launch with, published before the fact so they can be checked against the chain afterwards.

72h
Collector tranche. For the first 72 hours you can choose to pay 5% above price. That premium is burned on-chain in the same transaction. In exchange you receive 8% more tokens, drawn from a capped launch pocket of 50,000,000 CHESS. Nothing is ever minted. When the pocket is empty the tranche closes, even before the 72 hours are up.
30d
Linear vesting. The bonus unlocks evenly across 30 days. The advantage goes to whoever stays, not to whoever sells in the first hour.
25%
Weekly buyback. Each week, 25% of net house revenue buys CHESS on the open market and sends it to the dead address. Funded by revenue only, never by treasury. Burning stops permanently once supply reaches 750,000,000.
